Return Policy

1. Returns

CLB Studio strives for customer satisfaction with the artwork you purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our artwork, we generally do not accept returns unless it arrives damaged during shipping.

2. Damaged Artwork
If your item(s) are damaged upon delivery, please submit the issue via "Inquiry" form or contact clbstudio.info@gmail.com for immediate assistance within 5 days of receiving shipment. 


•    Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
•    Proof of tracking information showing the delivery date.

•    Retain all original packaging materials.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
•    Repairing the artwork.
•    Issuing replacement artwork.

Claims for damaged artwork must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Claims received after this timeframe may not be eligible for processing, and a new order may be required.

3. No Returns for:
•    Change of mind
•    Minor color variations
•    Differences in perceived size or scale
•    Any damage caused after delivery

4. Shipping Costs
•    If a return is approved due to damage, CLB Studio will cover the return shipping costs.
•    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns due to other reasons.
